French government simplifies the administrative processes for workers posted temporarily by EU based employer

Under the modernization program of the public sector, application forms can now be filled in and submitted online.

When a company located in the European Union wants to provide a service in France, it is compulsory to submit to French authorities a statement indicating all mandatory legal mentions about the service and the posted workers.

Until now, it was necessary to print paper versions and send to labor authorities the notification by registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt.

French government recently published a guide in French and a guide in English in order to simplify the process for employers located outside of France. Those 14 pages guides detail step-by-step instructions to help with submission of the online application.
