International provision of services – creation of a teleservice
When a foreign company seconds one of its employee to France, a representative in France must be nominated and a posted worker declaration must be sent to the Labor Inspection.
A factsheet provides (in French only) all the information to remember about the obligations for the foreign employer and the hosting entity in France.
Since June 15, 2016, the French government made new online forms available, bringing together in one single document :
- the posted worker declaration,
- the designation of a representative of the foreign company, on the French territory.
Nowadays, the submission of the information can be done by email, fax or letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
But the decree n°2016-1044 of July 29, 2016 foresees that the transmission of information via internet will become compulsory from October 1st, 2016.
One must use the SIPSI Teleservice and it will no longer be possible to send the declarations by mail post or fax.
