Law N°2016-274 of March 7th, 2016: Publication of the implementation decrees

The new decrees of implementation of the immigration law N°2016-274 were published in the Official gazette on October 31st, 2016.

Those decrees take effect on November 1^st 2016.

IMPORTANT :

• Officers of the French administrations are discovering these decrees as we are and will be waiting for internal instructions for their actual implementation.
• Months of uncertainty are to be expected both regarding pending applications and the ones about to be submitted.
