Further border re-opening for ICT transferees
Following the partial re-opening last month of French borders to Talent-Passport visa holders, the current immigration situation in France keeps improving with very recent changes.
Further border re-openings for wider categories of transferees
Indeed, several French Consulates are now welcoming applications for Intra Company Transfer (ICT) visa applications.
This further re-opening is confirmed by the update yesterday of the international travel certificate to include this category of visa holders.
Additionally, this new certificate confirms accompanying families for both ICT and Talent-Passport can now travel into France on the basis of this exception.
As of today, Local Hire (Introduction) and Service Provider statuses remain as the only major professional immigration processes into France to be kept on hold.
Similarly, Visitor visas applications are not processed by French Consulates and no visibility on the re-opening for these statuses is provided at this stage.
