A constant commitment to quality

As mentioned in our last piece of news around our commitment to sustainability, 2022 begun, for Home Conseil Relocation a sizable challenge: securing both our EuRA Global Quality Seal (EGQS) recertification (held since 2012) and adding the ISO : 9001 quality certification.

This renewed commitment to quality was evident as Quality has always been one of the three fundamental values of the company since its creation in 1991. It was the next logical step in the constant improvement of our services.

Doubling down on quality 

As 2022 shapes up to be a year of economic recovery, the double quality audit we embarked on was a daunting task.

But thanks to the dedication and involvement of all the team at Home Conseil Relocation, we are today incredibly proud to announce we've successfully secured both the  EGQS and ISO : 9001 certifications !

This thorough process helped us focus on the values, processes and tools that enable us to consistently maintain customer satisfaction ratings above 90% year on year.

It also helped us pinpoint some opportunities for improvement in order to keep adapting to an ever-changing world.
